And now Chapter 15 Part 3
However, is understood from the preceding that this kav actually possesses the power of the original Light that preceded the tzimtzum, which is in a truly infinite manner, only that this light comes into revelation by way of a kav according to the manner that the recipients can receive etc. So that, although the kav possesses an infinite potential for revelation it only reveals that which can be received and so, being that the recipients are limited so is the revelation to them from the kav. With this in mind we can likewise understand the verse "In Your Light I see light" indicating that only a second, new light is seen, but not the essential Light of G-d ("Your Light"). This revelation is in a manner of a light from a light, which is called a born light so that after the tzimtzum a secondary light breaks through in the way of a mere kav etc. The analogy for this "breaking through" of the light is like a very powerful light that is surrounded by a metal barrier, which blocks all of its light, however, because the light is so powerful it heats the partition causing it to glow. So that none of the original light is revealed, yet a new light "breaks through" the barrier and is revealed. Similarly, with a concept that is concealed within letters of writing, so that none of the author’s original intellect is revealed, he is gone and his understanding with him. Yet, out from the ink on the paper a new light is born out in the mind of the reader. However, though this is a completely "new" light and the original light is not at all revealed, yet this light comes from "Your -essential- Light" -the original Infinite Light. For, being that everything is included within the reshimu and the kav is drawn out from it in a manner of a heyuli for bringing the entire flow of light and vitality to be, in the very least in a manner of above and below. So that some revelations are higher than others, creating at least the potential for a revelation tailored to an individual recipient, as stated in Eitz Chayim.
