It was already explained at length in a special tract (namely Kuntres HaHispaalus - Tract on Awakening (or Excitement) of the emotions) about the specific types of excitation of the mind, heart and thought that are born from hisbonenus-contemplation, according to the five levels of the soul - NaRaNCha"Y (Nefesh, Ruach, Neshamah, Chayah, Yechidah).

Here is a short explanation of NaRanCha"Y

The 5 levels of the soul are

NaRaN Cha"Yi

standing for Nefesh, Ruach, Neshama, Chaya,Yechida

NaRa"N are the inner lights of the soul which enter and enliven the body

Nefesh = Still Air - Liver

Ruach = Wind = Moving Air - Heart

Neshama = Breath = The Air in the Lungs of the Blower - Brain

The allegory is of a bottle blower

Nefesh = Still Air (in the bottle) = The Soul in man

Ruach = Wind = Moving Air = The Connecting line of Spirit

Neshama = Breath = The Air in the Lungs of the Blower = The Soul as it is included in the Divine Essence

Then:

Cha"Yi

These are the Surrounding lights of the soul which surround or "hover" over the body - they are really totally beyond the body

Chaya = The Live One (f) is the close surrounder or Clothing and is the actual Life

Yechida = The Only One (f) is the far surrounder or Home and is the Quintessential Selfness of the Soul
